J5 Cleaning Services LLC (“J5,” “we,” “us”) operates j5cleans.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or contact us, how it is stored and used, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), property type, approximate square footage, cleaning frequency, and any details you include in the message field.
If you call or email us, we receive whatever contact details and information you provide in that conversation.
Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and reliability purposes. We do not sell this data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Quote requests are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in a managed cloud database that is access-restricted: only authorized J5 administrators can view submitted leads. A notification copy of your request is also emailed to our business inboxes (info@j5cleans.com and j5cleaningservicesusa@gmail.com) so we can respond quickly.
We share information only with the vendors that make the site and our communications work — our website host and database provider, and our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Quote requests that do not become customers are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records for completed jobs are kept as long as needed for service history, tax, and insurance requirements, typically up to seven years.
You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@j5cleans.com or call (904) 660-0696 with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where we are legally required to retain a record.
Our services are directed to property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
